FILM CONTRAST TO ROAD TO GUANTANAMO

I contrasted the film that I and my group members have created with the film ‘Road to Guantanamo (2006)’. Reason being both our films have a similar story line of ‘innocent prisoners’ and also share the same genre: Drama.

DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc. is an American animation studio which primarily produces a series of commercially successful computer-animated films, including Shrek, Shark Tale and Madagascar

Although the studio also made traditionally animated films about serious subjects earlier, most of their computer-generated films and television series have now gained the studio a reputation for being focused on popular culture and satire although they also relied into CGI films and series with more philosophical issues such as the aforementioned Kung Fu Panda.

Films produced by DreamWorks Animation are currently distributed worldwide by Paramount Pictures

FILM EDITING - TRANSITIONS

My contribution to the rough editing of the film was to add video transitions when there was a change of scenes using Final Cut Pro.
The transition used was called 'Fade in Fade out Dissolve'.
